2022年6月30日，Technoblade家屬在其YouTube頻道發佈影片。他的父親宣佈他死於癌細胞的擴散。[18]他讀出Technoblade臨終寫的一封信，說相關商品的收入將會捐給美國肉瘤基金會（Sarcoma Foundation of America）。[15][23][16][24]影片開頭以Technoblade的爸爸念Technoblade過世前寫的信，影片最後則參照母親寫的一封信做最後的結尾。[25][26]當天，該影片成為了YouTube中排名第一的熱門影片。[16]
