磷酸釓是一種無機化合物，化學式為GdPO4。它的半水合物可由氯化釓和磷酸反應得到，[2]根據反應條件不同，也能形成一水合物或無水物。[3]
摻Sm3+的La1-xGdxPO4可用於白光LED。[4]
