開放民主網（英語：openDemocracy[1]）是一家總部位於英國的政治網站[2]，於2001年5月作為一個「試點」項目[3]由安東尼·巴尼特（Anthony Barnett[4]）、大衛·海斯（David Hayes）、蘇珊·理查茲（Susan Richards）以及保羅·希爾德（Paul Hilder[5]）等人共同創辦。該網站的口號是「自由思考、縱論世界」（free thinking for the world）[6]。
開放民主網聲稱通過對社會和政治問題的報道和分析以尋求在全世界範圍內「挑戰權力和鼓勵民主辯論」（challenge power and encourage democratic debate）[7]。該網站每年吸引了約800萬次點擊，網站的創始人曾參與過知名媒體和政治活動。該網站得到了查爾斯·斯圖爾特·莫特基金會（Charles Stewart Mott Foundation）和開放社會基金會、美國國家民主基金會、福特基金會和約瑟夫·羅恩特里慈善信託基金會（Joseph Rowntree Charitable Trust）等其他組織的資助[8]。
